PAC Fit offers personal, small-group and large-group training for all ages.
PAC Fit will offer the following training options:
- Personal Training / Boot Camps / Cross Training
- Schedule directly with Samantha or Carmelo
- Client and goal-oriented programs
Individualized attention and plans
- $8 Drop In Daily
- $85 per hourly session
- 20 Sessions — $80 per Session
- 40 Sessions — $75 per session
Large Group Classes – $49/month
Challenging, Fast-Paced Cardio and Resistance Training Taught in a Group Format. You will be shown proper form to enhance your experience creating an efficient and safe full body workout customized to your needs. You will be stronger, move faster, and achieve a higher level of mental and physical fitness.
Large Group Schedule – Feel free to drop in and try a class or schedule with Samantha.
PAC FIT Bootcamp will be: Monday & Wednesday at 8 pm. Tuesday & Thursday at 6 pm.
Bootcamp consists of one hour classes with an unlimited monthly or drop-in option.
